At its roots, flex teams are groups of people with different expertise and from different teams working together to achieve a common goal.

If we get the right representation from each team together for [amount of time], we will reduce cycle time, drive out unknowns, and make decisions faster. We will get to production faster. This team will have all the necessary skills to turn an idea into a working product.
